1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of a free site survey service ("Service") by Martins Hi-Fi, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our," to you, the customer, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your." 3. Site Survey Timing

The timing for the free site survey will be agreed upon by both parties. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, subject to our availability.

 

4. Location

Our free site survey service is available throughout the eastern region of the UK including London. Site surveys anywhere within the UK are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. We have the right to change time and date. Also we have the right to decline a site survey due to its location outside of our stated area.

 

5. Scope of Service

The free site survey includes an assessment of your premises to evaluate the feasibility and requirements of your project. This assessment may involve discussions, measurements, and other necessary activities to provide you with project recommendations.

 

6. Obligations of the Parties

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project during the project discussion.

We will make reasonable efforts to conduct the site survey as scheduled. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

You understand that the site survey is for assessment purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract or agreement for services.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related discussions and information confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from the free site survey service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and the provision of the Service are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
