A turntable is only as good as the system built around it. At Martins Hi-Fi we stock a carefully chosen range of turntable accessories — from replacement styli and tonearms through to isolation platforms, sub-chassis upgrades, record cleaning machines and motor control units — chosen because we have heard what they do and believe in the difference they make.

Whether you are setting up a new deck or extracting more from a turntable you have owned for years, the right accessory can transform what you hear. A better stylus reveals detail that was always in the groove. A quality isolation platform removes the mechanical noise that clouds the signal. A precision sub-chassis tightens the timing and opens up the soundstage. These are not marginal improvements — in the right system, they are fundamental.

We carry upgrade paths for the Linn Sondek LP12, one of the most upgradeable turntables ever made, including the Karousel bearing, Kore and Keel sub-chassis, Lingo and Radikal power supplies, and the Bedrok plinth. For Rega owners we offer replacement and upgrade styli, tonearms including the flagship RB Titanium, and our in-house servicing programme. We also stock record cleaning machines from Keith Monks, isolation platforms from IsoAcoustics and AVID HiFi, and earthing solutions from Entreq and the Chord Company.
