Ex-Demonstration
Equipment that has been used exclusively in our demonstration rooms to showcase performance to customers. Our trained staff has operated these products in controlled conditions. Ex-demonstration items are typically recent models and include all original packaging and accessories. This is premium equipment at its best, no longer required for demonstration purposes. All ex-demonstration products include a full manufacturer's warranty plus a 12-month Martin's Hi-Fi warranty.
Shop Display
Products that have been displayed in our showroom. These items may show minimal cosmetic marks from handling, but are functionally as new. Shop display products include complete packaging and represent current or very recent models from our display floor. All shop display products include a full manufacturer warranty plus a 12-month Martin's Hi-Fi warranty.
Open Box as New
Equipment that has been unboxed for inspection or photography but remains unused and in pristine condition. These products have never been connected or powered up. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included. Effectively, new products that have simply been removed from sealed packaging. All open box products include a full manufacturer warranty plus a 12-month Martin's Hi-Fi warranty.
Premium Used
Pre-owned equipment that has been previously retailed and returned to us, typically through part-exchange or trade-in. Each item undergoes thorough inspection and testing by our technical team. Premium used products are sold with accurate condition descriptions and may show cosmetic wear consistent with previous ownership. All premium used products include a 3-month Martin's Hi-Fi warranty.
Transparency and Detail
If any item has cosmetic damage or wear, we include photographs in the product listing. Further images and videos are available for all items upon request.
