The F502SP sits in an interesting position in the Fyne Audio range. On the surface it's a mid-size floorstander; underneath, it borrows extensively from the F700 Series — including the same 200mm IsoFlare™ driver and 200mm bass and mid driver used in the F702, complete with rigid multi-fibre cones and FyneFlute™ roll surrounds.

That's a meaningful distinction. The IsoFlare driver houses a 25mm magnesium compression tweeter with a HF wave guide pole piece, delivering consistent frequency response across the room rather than a narrow sweet spot. Musical imaging benefits considerably from this approach — instruments and voices hold their position convincingly, regardless of where you're seated.

The crossover components come directly from the F700 Series, and the aluminium sandwich plinth incorporates Fyne's BassTrax tractrix profile bass diffuser, re-engineered to suit the F502SP's more compact cabinet. Nothing here has simply been scaled down and left to chance.
