Innuos NazaréFLOW
The Innuos NazaréFLOW is the definitive statement in digital signal transmission — a Master Reclocker of extraordinary engineering ambition that takes the USB output of any source component and transforms it into a signal of absolute timing precision before it reaches the DAC. By separating the reclocking stage from the electrical complexity of the source, the NazaréFLOW becomes the single timing reference for the entire communication path — eliminating the phase noise that accumulates wherever multiple independent clocks are involved, and delivering a regenerated signal of exceptional coherence to the DAC. It is the natural partner to the Innuos NAZARÉ music server, and together with the NazaréNET, forms the complete NAZARÉ Stack — Innuos's most uncompromising statement in digital audio.
Master Reclocker Circuit and OCXO Clock
Phase noise is the silent enemy of high-end digital audio — accumulated wherever multiple independent clocks interact in a signal path, it blurs transients, collapses spatial information, and undermines the timing and flow that distinguish extraordinary digital replay from merely competent digital replay. The NazaréFLOW eliminates it by assuming complete control: as the Master Reclocker, it becomes the single timing reference for the entire communication path between source and DAC.
At the core of this circuit is a high-precision 3ppb OCXO oscillator, running on its own dedicated, isolated power rail. Positioned as close as engineering allows to the DAC Connection Module — in a stage entirely free from computing or processing activity — it regenerates the signal with a degree of accuracy that defines what is possible at this level. Transients are rendered precisely. Spatial cues are fully realised. Music flows with an effortless coherence that reveals, without qualification, everything the source material contains.
Modular Output Architecture
The NazaréFLOW ships with an ultra-high-performance USB output as standard — a reference-class solution in its own right. Beyond this, a modular DAC Connection Module system allows the NazaréFLOW to be tailored precisely to the DAC it serves:
- FLOW ProISL Module — for MSB DACs, using MSB's proprietary ProISL protocol
- FLOW CH-Link Module — for CH Precision DACs, using the CH Link protocol
- Further modules are in active development
With these native-protocol interfaces, the NazaréFLOW governs the master clock for PCM/DSD communication while the DAC contributes the master clocks for the audio signal itself — each clock placed exactly where it delivers the greatest benefit, optimising the signal path from end to end and, for MSB and CH Precision owners, removing USB from the chain entirely.
NAZARÉ-Grade Power Supply
The NazaréFLOW's power supply is engineered to the same standard as the Innuos NAZARÉ server — the most advanced power design Innuos have produced. Custom-wound multifilar toroidal transformers are paired with bespoke Lundahl inductors from Sweden to guard against mains-borne noise at the point of entry. AC/DC rectification is handled by Innuos's proprietary GaN-ARC8 modules — developed in collaboration with power supply designer Dr Sean Jacobs — where gallium nitride switches faster and cleaner than silicon, backed by an energy reservoir of 376,000μF for rapid, low-impedance current delivery under the most demanding dynamic conditions. Precise DC regulation is provided by advanced DC4 modules, also developed with Dr Sean Jacobs, incorporating high-precision foil resistors for ultra-low-noise, stable output. Premium internal cabling completes each stage of the path.
NAZARÉ Chassis and Vibration Control
The NazaréFLOW's chassis is CNC-machined from 10mm aluminium — providing extensive EMI shielding throughout — with an asymmetric fascia design that breaks up standing waves and reduces resonance at the frequencies most likely to impose themselves on sensitive circuitry. SmartStack vibration control technology, developed in collaboration with TONEO, is applied across all critical components: transformers, capacitors, regulation modules, and output boards. System-tuned isolation feet, developed in collaboration with IsoAcoustics and specified precisely for this application, complete a mechanical environment of extraordinary silence.
Handcrafted in Portugal
Every NazaréFLOW is handcrafted at Innuos's headquarters in Faro, in the Algarve, in a temperature and humidity-controlled ESD production laboratory. Circuit boards are designed and manufactured in-house, with components sourced from partners in the UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and the USA — a level of vertical integration that allows Innuos to hold every element of the design to the standard the NazaréFLOW demands.

Who Is It For?
The NazaréFLOW is for listeners who have invested seriously in a high-performance digital source and DAC, and want to ensure the connection between the two contributes nothing of its own. It is the natural partner to the Innuos NAZARÉ music server, and together with the Innuos NazaréNET, forms the complete NAZARÉ Stack. It will also work with any source component offering a USB audio output. For owners of MSB or CH Precision DACs, the optional native-protocol modules make the NazaréFLOW a particularly compelling proposition — one that removes USB from the signal path entirely and replaces it with a direct, protocol-native connection of the highest precision.
Buying from Martins Hi-Fi
Martins Hi-Fi has been in Norwich since 1968. Elizabeth Gould runs the business today, and we stock only brands we have heard properly and stand behind.
Martins Hi-Fi held the first UK Innuos Nazaré event, and we have extensive experience with the full Innuos range — including the NazaréFLOW in the context of a complete NAZARÉ Stack. You are welcome to discuss how it fits into your system at our Norwich showroom. When you get in touch, you'll be speaking with Dave, Chris and Tim — experienced specialists who can advise on the NazaréFLOW and your whole system.
Contact us at info@martinshifi.co.uk, call 01603 627010, or WhatsApp on 07554 687137. You can read more about how we work on our Why Martins Hi-Fi page. We are at 85–91 Ber Street, Norwich, NR1 3EY.
