Innuos NazaréFLOW

The NazaréFLOW is Innuos's no-compromise Digital Audio Reclocker, engineered for listeners who demand absolute signal integrity at the final stage of the digital chain. Where the NAZARÉ is the heart of the system, the NazaréFLOW is its final, decisive voice — separating the delicate communication layer from the electrical complexity of the streamer to deliver a perfectly synchronised and pristinely regenerated signal. It works with any source using a USB audio output, and pairs most naturally with the Innuos NAZARÉ. Complete with the NazaréNET, the full NAZARÉ Stack represents Innuos's ultimate statement in digital audio.

Master Reclocker Circuit & OCXO Clock

Phase noise accumulated across multiple independent clocks is one of the most corrosive problems in a high-end digital system — blurring transients, collapsing spatial information, and undermining timing. The NazaréFLOW solves this by becoming the Master Reclocker: the single timing reference for the entire communication path.

At the core of the circuit is a high-precision 3 ppb OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator) clock, operating on its own dedicated, isolated power rail. By relocating the reclocking stage as close as possible to the DAC Connection Module, the NazaréFLOW precisely controls signal transmission, minimises degradation, and regenerates the signal with exceptional accuracy. The DAC Connection Module operates in a silent stage — entirely free from computing or processing — aligning seamlessly with the DAC's own internal clocking system. Transients are rendered with precision, spatial cues are fully realised, and music flows with a coherent, effortless sense of realism.

Modular Output Architecture

The NazaréFLOW ships as standard with an ultra-high performance USB output stage. Beyond this, it introduces a modular design featuring optional dedicated DAC Connection Modules, tailored to specific DACs that can take advantage of their native protocols:

  • FLOW ProISL Module — for MSB DACs, using MSB's ProISL protocol
  • FLOW CH-Link Module — for CH Precision DACs, using the CH Link protocol
  • Further modules are in development

With these interfaces, the Master Reclocker handles the master clock for PCM/DSD communication, while the DAC itself contributes the master clocks for the audio signal. Each clock is positioned precisely where it delivers the most benefit, optimising the signal path end-to-end.

NAZARÉ-Grade Power Supply

The power supply is engineered to the same exacting standard as the NAZARÉ music server — the most advanced power design Innuos has produced. The guiding principle is minimising impedance to extreme levels at every stage, on the basis that the performance of every critical circuit is shaped by the quality of the power feeding it.

Custom-wound multifilar toroidal transformers paired with bespoke Lundahl inductors from Sweden form the first line of defence against mains noise. The AC/DC rectification stage is built around Innuos's proprietary GaN-ARC8 modules, developed in collaboration with power supply designer Dr. Sean Jacobs. Gallium nitride switches faster and cleaner than silicon, backed here by an energy reservoir of 376,000 µF for rapid, low-impedance current delivery under dynamic demand.

DC regulation is handled by advanced DC4 modules — also co-developed with Dr. Sean Jacobs — incorporating high-precision foil resistors to maintain ultra-low-noise, low-impedance output that remains stable across the fast transient demands of digital circuitry. Premium internal cabling completes the signal path between each stage.

NAZARÉ Chassis & Vibration Control

The NazaréFLOW shares the chassis philosophy of the NAZARÉ. SmartStack vibration control technology, developed in collaboration with TONEO, is applied across all critical components — transformers, capacitors, regulation modules, and output boards — eliminating micro-vibrations that would otherwise affect sensitive circuitry.

The chassis is CNC-machined from 10mm aluminium, providing extensive EMI shielding, with an asymmetric fascia design to break up standing waves and reduce resonance. System-tuned isolation feet, developed with IsoAcoustics, complete the mechanical picture — ensuring the internal environment remains as silent as possible at every stage.

Who Is It For?

The NazaréFLOW is for owners of the Innuos NAZARÉ — or any high-end source with a USB audio output — who want to extract the absolute maximum from their DAC. It is particularly compelling for owners of MSB or CH Precision DACs, where the optional native-protocol modules remove USB from the signal path entirely. If you are building a no-compromise digital front end, the NazaréFLOW is the final piece.

Buying from Martins Hi-Fi

Martins Hi-Fi has been in Norwich since 1968. Elizabeth Gould runs the business today, and we stock only brands we have heard properly and stand behind.

We were proud to host the first UK Innuos Nazaré event, and Innuos remains one of the most significant names in high-end digital audio. Dave and Chris are the people to speak to about the full NAZARÉ Stack — they can walk you through how the NazaréFLOW, NAZARÉ, and NazaréNET work together, and advise on whether the optional DAC Connection Modules are right for your system.

Contact us at info@martinshifi.co.uk, call 01603 627010, or WhatsApp on 07554 687137. You can read more about how we work on our Why Martins Hi-Fi page. We are at 85–91 Ber Street, Norwich, NR1 3EY.
