REL Acoustics Ltd. The Autumn Serie HT & T/x Sale

A subwoofer is either something you notice — a thud that arrives late and parks itself beneath the music — or something you don't notice at all until it's switched off. REL Acoustics build the second kind. Founded in Wales and now part of Audio Partnership Group, REL have spent decades refining a single proposition: that a subwoofer should integrate so completely with your main speakers that the result sounds like one system, not two bolted together.

Two Ranges, Two Purposes

The Serie T/x is built for music and home cinema alike. Starting with the compact REL T/5x Serie Subwoofer — a serious performer for smaller rooms — and stepping through the REL T/7x Serie Subwoofer to the REL T/9x Serie Subwoofer, which brings genuine authority to larger spaces, the range rewards careful matching. All use REL's high-level Neutrik connection alongside the standard LFE input, meaning the subwoofer sees exactly the same signal as your main amplifier — which is the correct way to do it.

The HT range takes a different approach, designed specifically for home cinema where output, dynamics, and sheer physical impact take precedence. The REL HT1510 Predator 2 sits at the top of the HT lineup — a serious piece of hardware for anyone who wants a film soundtrack to feel as well as be heard.

Where to Start

If you're unsure which REL suits your room and system, that's exactly the conversation we enjoy. Both ranges are available to hear in our Norwich showroom, and the difference between a REL that's right for your space and one that isn't is worth a demonstration.
