Entreq

Entreq was founded in Sweden by Per-Olof Friberg in 2007, built around a single conviction: that controlling unwanted radio frequency interference within a hi-fi system is one of the most effective ways to improve what it sounds like. It is not a fashionable idea, and it is not an easy one to explain — but the results, once heard, are difficult to dismiss.

Every Entreq product addresses a specific point in the signal path where RFI can enter, accumulate, and degrade the audio signal. Ground boxes, grounding cables, power bars, interconnects, speaker cables and network cables — each one designed to drain interference away from the components it would otherwise pollute. The effect is not a change in character or a colouration; it is a removal of something that should not have been there in the first place. Systems become quieter, more dynamic, and more resolved — not because anything has been added, but because something has been taken away.
