Some Naim kit is getting harder to keep running. That's not a criticism — it's physics.
Certain older Naim streamers and integrated amplifiers are reaching a point where the components needed to service them are no longer available. Naim would prefer to keep everything repairable indefinitely, but component obsolescence makes that impossible. Simply get in contact with us and let us know your eligible Legacy Platform streamer and you will receive a trade-in allowance toward the purchase of a New Platform product.
New Platform products are also designed with serviceability in mind, meaning the lifecycle of your system will be future-proofed.
