30-Second Setup

Remove from box, place on shelf, plug in. The pre-mounted Carbon cartridge and pre-set RB110 tonearm eliminate the usual turntable setup anxiety. No alignment tools, no bias adjustment, no experience necessary. Just music.

Hand-Made RB110 Tonearm

Built in Rega's Southend-on-Sea factory using techniques perfected over four decades. Ultra-low friction bearings track your records with precision, whilst the rigid one-piece design eliminates unwanted resonances. This isn't an entry-level compromise—it's genuine Rega engineering.

Factory-Fitted Carbon Cartridge

A proper moving magnet cartridge, not a cheap ceramic. Pre-installed and aligned at the factory, it delivers clear, dynamic sound with excellent detail retrieval. Tracking force is pre-set, so you're guaranteed optimal performance from the first record.

EBLT Advanced Drive Belt

Rega's Enhanced Bespoke Low Tolerance belt isn't standard rubber. This advanced design delivers more consistent speed and reduced vibration transfer from motor to platter. The result is tighter bass, clearer midrange, and a more stable stereo image.

Phenolic Resin Platter

Dense, acoustically dead, and engineered for flywheel effect. The 23 mm thick phenolic platter runs true, maintains constant speed, and provides a stable platform for your records. Heavier materials aren't automatically better—Rega's choice is about vibration control.

24V Low-Noise Motor

Rega's bespoke synchronous motor runs at 24 volts for reduced electrical noise and vibration. Mounted in a custom housing and decoupled from the main plinth, it spins the platter with minimal interference to the music signal.

Upgrade Path
