Naim CI-NAP 101 Single-Channel Power Amplifier
The CI-NAP 101 is a single-channel power amplifier from Naim's integrated solutions range — a 1U rack-mount unit designed for custom installation audio systems. It delivers 500W into 8Ω from a single channel, with simultaneous low-impedance, 70V line, and 100V line outputs. The 100V and 70V outputs make it compatible with distributed audio systems using constant-voltage speaker wiring. A stereo RCA input with mono summing at 47kΩ handles source connections; the unit also provides a stereo RCA line through-output for daisy-chaining additional amplifiers or zones.
Output Formats
Three output types are simultaneously available: a low-impedance speaker output via Euroblock connector (3Hz to 70kHz), a 70V line output via Euroblock (50Hz to 25kHz), and a 100V line output via Euroblock (50Hz to 25kHz). This flexibility means the CI-NAP 101 can drive both standard passive loudspeakers and constant-voltage distributed speaker networks from the same amplifier, making it suitable for mixed installation architectures.

Who Is It For?
The CI-NAP 101 is for custom installation projects requiring high-power mono amplification with constant-voltage output capability. The 500W output into 8Ω is well above what most zones require, making it suitable for demanding applications — large rooms, outdoor installations with long cable runs, or installations where headroom is a requirement. The 100V and 70V line outputs allow integration with commercial distributed audio speaker systems.
For multi-zone installations, the CI-NAP 108 eight-channel amplifier is a more practical solution where multiple independent zones are required in a single rack unit.
