Naim Uniti Nova | Ex-Demo All-In-One Player | Black

There are all-in-one players, and then there is the Naim Uniti Nova. Where most single-box systems ask you to accept a compromise somewhere — usually the amplifier — Naim have built the Nova around a discrete amplifier stage that would not look out of place in a separates system. This ex-demo unit is in black finish, perfect working order, no marks or damage, and comes with everything it left the factory with.

Everything in One Box, Nothing Left Out

The Nova streams from Tidal, Qobuz, Spotify and internet radio, supports UPnP from a NAS or computer, and has AirPlay 2, Chromecast and Bluetooth built in. Optical and coaxial digital inputs mean you can add a CD transport or television if needed. The Naim app handles control cleanly and reliably — it is one of the better-designed interfaces in this category.

The Amplifier Stage

Naim have given the Nova serious power supply engineering — each stage has its own dedicated regulation, which matters more than the headline wattage figure when it comes to real-world performance. It will drive a wide range of loudspeakers without strain, and the engineering underneath is far more substantial than the single-box format might suggest.

DAC

The Nova handles high-resolution audio up to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and DSD. The quality of the DAC implementation and power supply design matters more than the headline figures, and Naim have been careful with both.

Who Should Buy This?

The Nova works brilliantly for someone who wants a genuinely high-performance system without a rack full of boxes.
