Single Knob Control
Where competing phono stages demand DIP switches, screwdrivers, and a torch aimed at the back of a rack, the PH-10 redefines the state of the art with Gold Note's Single Knob Control system. A large TFT colour display presents all current settings with absolute clarity, while a single rotary encoder gives access to every adjustable parameter — loading, gain, equalisation curve — from the front panel, without disconnecting a single cable. It is an elegant, uncompromising solution that transforms the experience of cartridge matching entirely.
MM and MC Compatibility
The PH-10 handles both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges with equal authority, offering a wide range of loading and gain settings accessible entirely from the front panel. Gain runs from 40 dB to 66 dB for MM cartridges and 60 dB to 66 dB for MC — a range that accommodates everything from high-output MM designs to the most demanding low-output moving coil cartridges. Loading for MM spans 100 Ω to 47 kΩ; for MC, 10 Ω to 1 kΩ. The PH-10 can be matched precisely to whichever cartridge you are running, and reconfigured instantly if that cartridge changes.
Equalisation Curves
