Entreq Tuss Kit

The Tuss Kit is Entreq's solution for taking their Max S and Max T ground posts beyond the ground box and into the heart of your electronics. Via any spare RCA input, the kit connects Max S or Max T directly to a pre-amplifier, DAC, phono stage, or other source component — moving their influence to where the signal actually lives.

What the Tuss Kit Does

Each kit contains two adapters: one copper-based (Tuss Cu) and one silver-based (Tuss Si). Both are housed in Entreq's signature laser-engraved, waxed oak barrel. One end threads securely into a Max S or Max T; the other terminates in a male RCA for direct connection to a spare input on your component.

In this configuration, Max S and Max T behave in much the same way as Entreq's MaxMix T2 Kit does on loudspeaker terminals — attenuating the electromagnetic field around your components and reducing the disruptive effects of EMI and RFI. The two adapters — copper and silver — allow you to experiment with which material has the more beneficial effect in your specific system.

Why It Matters

Entreq's position is that reducing electromagnetic interference at source allows music to flow more naturally. Tonal colours come into better balance, and low-level detail becomes easier to hear without the listener having to work for it. These are not dramatic, overnight transformations — Entreq are honest that the changes are subtle. But subtle, in a well-resolved system, is often exactly what matters.

The Tuss Kit extends the reach of Max S and Max T into territory they were not originally designed for. If you already own either post and want to explore what they can do beyond a ground box connection, this is the most direct route available.
