Entreq Sudoku Speaker Cable

The Entreq Sudoku Speaker Cable represents the latest generation of Entreq's cable design, built using a completely new construction method. At the heart of the design is a separate EEDS (Entreq Energy Drain System) drain wire — a technology Entreq developed to address the noise and interference that accumulates in a signal path and that conventional cable design leaves unresolved.

Speaker cables carry more current and generate more magnetism than interconnects. That means there is more noise to manage, and more reason to be precise about how that noise is handled. The Sudoku's construction is designed with this in mind — the EEDS drain wire provides a dedicated path for that accumulated energy, rather than allowing it to colour what reaches your loudspeakers.

The Sudoku Speaker Cable is supplied at a standard length of 2,200mm.

Ground Box Requirement

The Sudoku Speaker Cable works in conjunction with an Entreq Ground Box. Because speaker cables deal with greater levels of current and magnetism than analogue or digital interconnects, Entreq recommend a higher-performance Ground Box for use with this cable. Compatible Ground Boxes include the Silver Minimus Tungsten Performance, Tellus 3 Tungsten Performance, and the Performance range.

The Entreq Sudoku Speaker Cable is for the listener who has already addressed the fundamentals of their system — source, amplification, loudspeakers — and is looking to extract what remains. It is not a starting point. It is for those who understand that noise in the signal path has a genuine and audible effect, and who are prepared to address it properly, with a cable and ground box working together as Entreq intend.
