Entreq Max Supreme

The Max Supreme sits at the top of Entreq's Max post range. Where the other posts in the range each bring a specific material contribution, the Max Supreme combines four — Tungsten, Platinum, Palladium and Molybdenum — in a configuration that Entreq consider the fullest expression of what a passive Max post can do. It is hand-built in Sweden, fits any Corepoint unit or Entreq ground box, and is designed for systems already configured to make the most of what Entreq's grounding and cable architecture can offer.

Four Materials, One Configuration

Every material in the Max Supreme has a specific role. Tungsten provides the foundation — the weight and dimensional depth that runs through every post in the range. Platinum brings refinement and clarity. Palladium adds body and substance. Molybdenum, a transition metal with high magnetic permeability, contributes the stability that holds the contribution of the other three in balance.

The configuration is not arbitrary. It is the result of years of testing and refinement on Entreq's reference system, with each material's contribution evaluated and adjusted until Entreq were satisfied the result represented the fullest possible Max post performance. The Max Supreme is the outcome of that process.

Where the Max Range Goes

The Max range is a deliberate progression. Max T and Max S provide the foundational entry point. Max Ti is the first refinement above them. Max Pa and Max Pl mark the upper tier, each with its own distinct character. Max Supreme goes further still — it is where the range reaches its limit. For a system already working with Corepoint-equipped cables or Entreq ground boxes, Max Supreme represents the fullest contribution a passive Max post can make.

The Max Post Architecture

Each Max post contains a specific configuration of materials housed in a wooden body. The wooden body is chosen for its electromagnetic neutrality — it allows the active materials inside to do their work without interference from the housing. The threaded post on every Corepoint unit and Entreq ground box accepts the standard wooden cap supplied, or any Entreq Max post in its place. Max Supreme fits in exactly the same way, attaching to the threaded post and holding the ERS wire or grounding cable in position. No other change to the system is required.

Hand-Built in Sweden

Max Supreme is hand-built at Entreq's facility in Sweden. The composition — Tungsten, Platinum, Palladium and Molybdenum — has been developed through extensive testing, with each material's contribution refined until Entreq were confident the result delivered what they considered the fullest possible performance from a Max post.

Compatible With Corepoint, Ground Boxes and Tuss Kit

Max Supreme was developed alongside the Corepoint architecture used in Entreq's Delphius and Primer Core cables, and is equally suitable for use with Entreq ground boxes and Tuss Kit. In all applications, it simply screws onto the threaded post of the host product. No adaptor or modification is needed.

Who Is It For?

The Max Supreme is for the listener who has already committed to Entreq's grounding philosophy and wants to take it as far as it will go. If your system includes Corepoint-equipped cables or an Entreq ground box, and you have worked through the rest of the Max range, the Max Supreme is the logical next step — and, for Entreq, the final one. It is not the place to start. It is the place to finish.

Buying from Martins Hi-Fi
