Entreq Magneus Supreme
The Magneus Supreme sits at the top of Entreq's Magneus range — a semi-passive electromagnetic field transformer built from eight vertically-oriented elements arranged in a precise circular formation around your power cable. Where the standard Magneus products work on a cable's field environment from fewer contact points, the Supreme creates what Entreq describe as a passive electromagnetic field chamber: a fully enveloping, 360° structure designed to suppress vagabond currents and high-frequency turbulence at their source.
How It Works
There is no electrical connection involved. The Magneus Supreme operates entirely through its internal geometry and a carefully balanced blend of paramagnetic and dielectric materials — wood, tungsten, aluminium, copper, and brass — chosen to guide, calm, and stabilise electromagnetic behaviour around the cable passing through it. You simply disconnect your cable, pass it through the central opening, and reconnect. Placement can be anywhere along the cable's length.
The eight elements are arranged symmetrically at 360°, forming a chamber-like zone rather than a single-sided influence. Entreq's position is that most systems suffer electromagnetic field interference entering through power and network connections — interference that component upgrades alone cannot address. The Supreme targets this at source, shaping the field rather than suppressing it, and without touching the signal path itself.
Where to Use It
Entreq recommend the Supreme at points of high current and field intensity: power cables feeding high-power amplifiers, main inlet cables to power distribution blocks, and sources that are particularly sensitive to grounding effects. It shares its core principles with the MaxMix T2 and Entreq's grounding boxes, and is designed to work as part of a layered approach to electromagnetic field management across a system.
What to Expect
In our experience, products that address the field environment rather than the signal itself can produce changes that are difficult to attribute to any single component — a quieter background, greater low-frequency coherence, and a more stable presentation. Entreq describe improvements in bass control, tonal structure, and spatial separation; listeners report detail that was previously obscured by noise becoming audible. The Supreme is the most extreme configuration in the range, and the results are proportionate to that.

Who Is It For?
The Magneus Supreme is for listeners with systems already optimised at the component level — those who have addressed grounding, cabling, and source quality, and are looking at what remains. It is not a first step; it is a considered addition to a system where the fundamentals are in good order. If you are already using Entreq grounding boxes or other Magneus products, the Supreme is a natural extension of that approach.
Buying from Martins Hi-Fi
Martins Hi-Fi has been in Norwich since 1968. Elizabeth Gould runs the business today, and we stock only brands we have heard properly and stand behind.
The Magneus Supreme can be demonstrated at our Norwich showroom alongside Entreq's grounding boxes and other Magneus products, so you can hear the difference a layered approach makes in a properly set-up system.
When you get in touch, you'll be speaking with Dave, Chris and Tim — experienced specialists who can advise on this product and your whole system.
Contact us at info@martinshifi.co.uk, call 01603 627010, or WhatsApp on 07554 687137. You can read more about how we work on our Why Martins Hi-Fi page. We are at 85–91 Ber Street, Norwich, NR1 3EY.
