About Métronome Technologie

The brand Métronome™ is the property of Métronome Technologie, a French company established in 1987 in South West of France with the aim of manufacturing the best digital sources for a high-end audiophile market.

All products are fully designed in-house, under the responsibility of Jean Marie Clauzel, Owner and Chief Designer. 100% of the components are made in France, including the housings, and all the electronics are hand-made in their workshop.

The AQWO 2 perpetuates the classic design of legendary Metronome devices being produced in their workshop for more than 30 years. This premium hybrid D/A converter, SACD/CD player and streamer delivers exceptional audio performance with the goal of making digital sources sound as analogue as possible.

User Interface

The AQWO 2 features an intuitive interface with three main menu screens:

• SACD/CD Menu: For disc playback with repeat, shuffle, track and time display options
• DAC Menu: Displays selected input and actual playback sample rate
• Network Menu: Shows connection status and metadata information including artist, track, album, and format details
